Saturday at Free The Music Festival is an all-day immersion into the heart of what we do — liberating our voices, honoring our stories, and co-creating through music, movement, and play. From sunrise yoga and ecstatic dance to late-night campfire jams, the day unfolds with powerful workshops, community offerings, and multi-generational programming.

• Yoga Flow & Ecstatic Dance in the Main Meadow to start your day in alignment

• Grief Song Circle and Contact Improv for emotional release and embodiment

• Open Mic Flow, Live Art, and FREEDOM FAM performances

• Lovelution Lodge offerings like Vocal Empowerment with Katrina Lilly, Guitar & Ukulele workshops, and Recording Arts with Matteo & Rob

• Young Roots Kids Zone with Animal Sounds, Family Songwriting, Body Percussion, and Nature Crafts

• Evening campfire songs and jams with Max Ribner & Friends under the stars
